First off I don’t think I possess any of the associated symptoms but while I was masturbating I was curious and thought I’d stimulate it. As enlarged prostate is a physiological process occurring with age, and affected by certain factors; you can limit or avoid by doing specific things and encourage some others to succeed in enlarged prostate treatment. However, the treatment is based on your actual situation.
Avoid drinking alcohol, cigarettes, fried or chilli foods as they can worsen your situation. Certain meds like terazosin and finestaride can also be used together with herbs like uva ursi, saw palmetto, stinging nettles, etc.
